Coconut Assam Milk Hot Chocolate

1 Pouchs Organic Coconut Assam tea
1/3 cup 212°F water
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. cream
2 oz. milk chocolate, chopped
1. Steep the tea in the water for 4 minutes. Remove the tea pouch.
2. Pour the milk, cream, and brewed tea into a saucepan.
3. Add the chocolate to the saucepan set over medium-low heat.
4. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
5. Froth the hot chocolate and serve.
