We ship all orders to the forty eight contiguous United States via UPS, including all Standard Ground orders. Please allow up to 3 business days to process and ship your Ground order and 1 day for expedited orders. Transit times will vary based on the shipping method chosen at check out. When your package ships, you will receive and e-mail notification with a link to track the progress of your shipment. During holiday periods, order processing and transit times my increase. All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii ship UPS 2nd Day Air only. We also offer expedited shipping options within the US.

Orders shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Day Air must be placed by 3PM ET in order to be shipped same day.
UPS does not deliver Mighty Leaf Tea Company orders on Saturday or Sundays.

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO, FOP Address
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
We ship orders via UPS only.
Returns for Online Purchases

We want you to be satisfied with your order from Mighty Leaf Tea, and we will gladly exchange or refund any teas purchased within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, we will be happy exchange any items purchased within the last year.
- Teaware and accessories must be unused, in the original packaging and in new condition upon receipt.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must the original purchaser.
- We do not offer any refunds, replacement or credit on items purchased at retail outlets, through Amazon, or through Amazon 3rd party sellers.

Canceling or Changing Orders
In most cases, we are not able to cancel or change orders after they are placed through this website.
The process of fulfillment begins soon after an order is placed, which leaves virtually no window for editing or canceling an order. Contact Customer Service at (877) 698-5323 ext. 3 immediately after placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate these requests.
