We want you to be satisfied with your order from Mighty Leaf Tea, and we will gladly exchange or refund any unopened teas or accessories that were purchased within 30 days of receipt.

  • Accessories including teaware must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged or used, Mighty Leaf Tea will not be able to issue a refund.
  • Generally, we do not cover the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Mighty Leaf Tea or the cost of shipping replacement or exchanged items to you. We will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund of tea.
