This tea makes a great morning cup of tea. I also make it by the gallon into ice tea that everyone raves about. All year round, we keep a large pitcher of this in the fridge - or at least we try. Some days we drink it as fast as I can make it.

I kept an empty package of Leaves of Provence on my fridge for almost a year after first tasting it at a Four Seasons during a conference. I have always loved tea but I believe this particular tea is what led me to explore the various types and flavors available in the tea world.
I finally ordered some and I am happy to say that I didn't build it up in my mind, it IS every bit as good as I remember, better even. I encourage you all to try this tea, it's worth it.

I work at home and drink tea all day. This is a really lovely tea with unique flavors that is pleasant and uplifting all day long. I vary it with some of the other teas from Mighty Leaf, but I think it is my favorite.
