I ordered this trio because I love all three flavors: African Ruby, Chamomile and MintMelange. I can't believe how beautiful the tea looks in the pouch and the flavor far surpasses any tea I have ever had. I first tasted this tea at a spa while waiting for a massage, and it just made my whole experience complete. I am recommending it to my friend who is really picky about her teas!

First, the unique packaging piqued my interest. After I forced myself to disturb the wrapping, I dove into the African Nectar tea. It was very soothing and gave me a velvety feeling. The next morning, I sampled the chammomile. All of the three teas were superb!!!

I first tried this tea at Gedney Farm in New Marlborough, MA. So I raced home to order a bunch for myself. In the tea trio, the bags did not come wrapped in their foil packs, but clear plastic wrappers (not as glamorous) and then the teabags were covered in tea dust, so that each cup I brewed had tea dust mixed all in it! I am NOT SATISFIED! I am so disappointed.

I got this tea for my step-mom, who loves to steep a pot of herbal tea at work. Mighty Leaf is one of my favorite teas, and she had never tried it, so I got her the Herbal Trio for Christmas. She LOVES it. She has commented several times to me how delicious it is, and how beautiful the tea in the silk tea bags are steeping on her desk in her little white tea pot. Her favorite, which is also my favorite, is the African Nectar. We also both love the fact that the silk teabags are biodegradable.

We first tasted Mighty Leaf Tea a couple years ago at Park Chow in SFO and loved it. Since then I have been ordering it online and buying it in retail stores when I can find it. We have it throughout the week and with the varying levels of caffeine, we can have a relaxing cup of tea before bed. The selection of flavors is great. We have not found one we dislike.
