Basic black tea brewed at my son's house in London always seems to taste better than any black tea I brew in Wisconsin. But after only about 3 cups of this tea I'm experimenting with how to get it to the robust flavor I hope will be there soon. Since I bought 45 bags I'll have plenty of opportunity to get it right.

Every morning I make a "3 bag teapot" with vigorously boiling water, steeping the tea for almost 5 minutes. Whatever I do not drink for breakfast makes wonderful iced tea for the rest of the day. You have created a magical blend of Ceylon, Darjeeling, and Assam tea leaves.

My husband first had this tea in a charming little coffee/tea shop in Kitsilano, Vancouver (Canada). Its flavor immediately reminded him of cups of tea he'd had in England when younger. Curiously, it doesn't remind me of an English tea...I still drink my preferred UK brand. For him, though, it was love at first sip. He bought a box in Canada and asked where it was from...turns out you're a Californian company. We live in Topanga! Anyway, he's a great fan. I did buy a box of the citrus green tea and like that very much.

my all-time favorite tea is Celebration tea.....compared to that, Organic Breakfast is hohum... BUT it IS organic, and that is more and more important to me. Your teas are great. The only issue I ever have is that the strings on the bag teas are inconsistently sized, so that some times it is long enough to fit over a cup and some times it is not. This is annoying. If you could fix the string issue, I'd say Might Leaf teas are perfect.

I like to brew my tea very strong so it's important that the tea not be bitter at the conclusion of the brewing time. This tea fits the bill. It's tastes so good that I don't need to add lemon or sugar or milk.

Many breakfast blends tend to be bitter, with the blend allowing too much tannic acid to develop in the brewing process. This tea is a happy exception to the rule - it is a nice, strong and full-bodied black tea, but it does not tend towards the bitter or overly tannic. It is a very good blending!

I just can't imagine not having this tea every morning... Though the price is a tad high it truely is the best tea I have had... I don't even like drinking anything else, which is bad when I go to other peoples houses... ;) The aroma is amazi
