This tea has less floral flavor than the non-organic Jasmine tea ML sales. It contains a hint of smoky flavor which my taste buds don’t prefer. When I was young, I have had too much of homemade tea from the remote countryside of China where my parents grew up. They make their tea in their own smoky kitchen where it adds a nice smoky flavor to all their teas. So if you like organic stuff and like the taste of countryside, this would be a tea for you. Personally I prefer the regular Jasmine tea from ML. It gives me more of the pure taste of the freshness of the spring. I have given the highest rating on the regular spring jasmine tea.

This is a nice tea - the jasmine scent is certainly present, but not overpowering. On too many teas, these flower additions can make the tea taste like a perfume, but the blend here is very good and subtle. You know the jasmine is there, and certainly the smell as it is brewing is wonderful, but the jasmine complements the tea, it does not overpower it.
