Besides just enjoying a Saturday morning having a cup, try it making rice. Brew up a few cups worth, add it to uncooked rice then cook rice as usual. Serve rice with an orange chicken or pineapple chicken. The flavor is Divine!

After reading the reviews I had to try this tea! I was so excited when it arrived! I immediatley made a cup and was overwhelmed by the aroma! The taste and sensation in my mouth was incredible! The licorice made my mouth tingle and the Mate cleared my mind! I drink it mostly in the early parts of the day and I can not stop at one cup, it's many! I absolutely love this tea. I have tried several Mighty Leaf teas, but this one is the most exciting blend I have had the pleasure to enjoy!

I have tried numerous brands and flavors of Maté. My friends import it from South America. This has to be one of the best tasting blends i have ever had. Traditionalist and purists might not agree, considering its actually in a pouch and meant to be brewed only once, as opposed to the normal washing process of drinking it out of a gourde, however I find the taste of this blend more than makes up for it.
Floral aromatics combined with an almost sweet pallate enables this tea to be enjoyed at anytime of the day, though because of its caffeine content i wouldnt drink it close to bedtime
