The infuser is very handy and keeps the tea from getting stewed more easily. The only drawback when used in a teapot is that it doesn't reach the water unless I fill it up to the top. I'm definitely making better tea with it and it is a lot easier to make tea with loose tea

I would NOT buy again.

This product really changed my view on loose tea. I alway though using a tea ball was hard to use- especially with herbal teas, hard to fill and close tight. This thing fits evry size cup I have, is very easy to use and nice to look at with all the details and design. I love this thing and the only time I don't use it is when I'm traveling or at work...

I like it's wide size to fit a variety of cups and (Lg) travel mugs. The tight mesh and deep basket allows even the small, cut leaves to circulate and steep well, without escaping into the cup.

I have tried all kinds of tea balls and other infusers. But I always seem to find leaves in my tea.......This infuser greatly deminishes if not completely stops the tea leaves from ending up in my cup. Thank you.
