Earn MyTea Points
Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:
- Registering an account — creating an account on our site will automatically enroll you in our Rewards Program.
- Subscribing to our Newsletter — earn MyTea Points while staying up to date on sales and promotions.
- Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased.
Note: These points are credited to your MyTea Points balance when your order ships, not at the time of the order.
- Referring your friends — Earn MyTea Points by inviting your friends to join the site. Earn MyTea Points for every invitation you send which leads to a sale.

MyTea Points are not earned on tax or shipping charges. In your Settings you can choose whether or not to be notified when your MyTea Points balance changes.
Redeem MyTea Points
You can redeem your MyTea Points at checkout. MyTea Points can be redeemed 100 Points at a time. Each 100 MyTea Points will translate to a $1 discount on your order. MyTea Points cannot be redeemed on tax or shipping charges. MyTea Points can be used in conjunction with other discounts. MyTea Points cannot be redeemed for cash and value is subject to change without notice.
Manage Your MyTea Points
You have the ability to view and manage your MyTea Points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total MyTea Points (and currency equivalent), a dashboard of MyTea Points earned, redeemed and expired.
MyTea Points Expiration
MyTea Points expire 180 days from the date of issue. Points will expire in the order in which they were first earned. In your Settings you can choose whether or not to be notified when your MyTea Points are going to expire.
