Assam Cast Iron Teapot

The Bodum Assam Iron Teapot combines a traditional Japanese cast iron teapot or testubin, with Bodums patented tea press. The shape is reminiscent of traditional English teapots, whereas the cast iron and its texture create the feeling of participating in a Japanese tea ceremony.

This large teapot's inside is lined with a smooth, durable, glass-like coating of enamel to prevent the iron from deteriorating. When properly treated, the cast iron teapot will last more than a lifetime.
