We've updated our website and hope you'll love it as much as we do! You'll still find all your favorite tea and teaware, but we've changed a few things too.

Your Account

We've migrated accounts with orders placed since 2014 to the new website. If you haven't placed an order since then, your may need to create a new account. For security purposes, we did not migrate passwords. You will need to reset your password to log into your account.

If you have trouble accessing your account, give us a call at (877) 698-5323 ext. 3 and we’ll be happy to help you out.


Like passwords, we also did not migrate saved credit card data for security purposes. As a result, recurring subscriptions will need to be recreated. To recreate your subscriptions:

  1. Reset the password on your account.
  2. Once you are logged into your account, shop for the items you’d like to add to your recurring order.
  3. Choose “Sign up for a subscription” on the product page and choose your Subscription Period.
  4. Place your order and you’re all set! You can view or modify your subscription from the Recurring Orders section in your account.

MyTea Rewards

MyTea Rewards is our new rewards program! Simply log into your account (or create one if you don't have one) and you are automatically enrolled. Earn MyTea Points just by shopping on the site. You can also earn Points for referring friends and more! Redeem your points for discounts and keep an eye our for special promotions for our MyTea Rewards Members. More details here.
