Iced Coconut Assam Latte
Makes 1 Latte.


2 Pouches Organic Coconut Assam
3 oz. hot water
5 oz. Coconut Milk
0.5 oz Simple Syrup


1. Steep Pouch in 3 oz. 212° water 5 min.
2. Remove the pouches and allow concentration to cool
3. Combine remaining ingredients with tea in a glass
4. Serve over ice. (May also be served hot. While tea steeps heat Coconut Milk on the stove or with a steamer. Be careful not to allow the milk to boil. Combine all ingredients and serve hot)
