Matcha Mint Julep


10 Mint Leaves + Mint Sprig
1/2 tsp Organic Matcha
1 1/2 tsp Superfine Bar Sugar
Seltzer Water
2 oz. Kentucky Bourbon
Crushed Ice


1. Combine Organic Matcha and sugar
2. Place mint leaves in an old-fashioned glass and top with matcha/sugar mixture and muddle together
3. Add a splash of seltzer water and swirl together
4. Fill the glass with crushed ice
5. Add the bourbon and top off with seltzer water.
6. Garnish with a sprig of mint.  Enjoy!
