Matcha Sugar Toast

A sugar sweet toasty treat with flair. Our Organic Matcha lends a fun green hue (not to mention an anti-oxidant boost) to this delectable breakfast recipe.



1 thick-cut slice of challah or brioche
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature
1/4 cup superfine sugar
1 tablespoon Mighty Leaf Organic Matcha Powder


1. the sugar and matcha powder together until completely blended

2. Toast the challah slice till golden

3. Smear on the butter

4. Generously sift the matcha-sugar over the butter toast. Devour!
