Wild Hearts in Champagne
To create 12 oz Wild Hearts iced cubes


1 pouch Wild Berry Hibiscus
11 oz boiling water
1 oz lime juice
0.5 tsp sugar


1. Steep tea pouch 6 minutes.
2. Remove and stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into heart shaped silicone molds.
4. Carefully set in freezer over night.
5. Drop into flutes that have been filled 1/2 way with chilled champagne. Cheers!
