Tropical Ambrosia Pop


5 Green Tea Tropical Pouches
1/2 cup boiling water
5 tsp sugar
1 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup toasted coconut chips (crushed)
1/2 cup toasted pecans (chopped)
1 fresh orange (peeled and chopped)


1. Flash steep pouches with boiling water 30 seconds.  Retain the pouches with the water and combine with whipping cream. Steep overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Using a food processor, blend the maraschino cherries with 1 cup of marshmallow cream.  Do the same with the pineapple, and set aside in the fridge.
3. Remove pouches from the whipping cream and whip with sugar until it peaks.
4. Fold the coconut chips, pecans, and chopped orange into the Green Tea Tropical whipped cream
5. Stir in the marshmallow fruit mixes being careful to not mix fully.
6. Pour into popsicle molds and set in the freezer.
